bloody urin, pain at the end of urination and more frequent urination

for a few days, i have experienced some pain at the end of urination. the pain is in my bladder and penis. it also comes when i have to urinate. when the pain comes, i push harder to see if it is because of some leftover urine in my bladder or penis. when i do this, some bloody urine comes out, along with something that looks like the boogers you get after you have had a nosebleed. i am 15 years old and i have chronic itp so it could be an unknown symptom from itp but i have had itp for almost 9 years now and this is the first time this has happened. i am guessing that the "boogers" are a mixture of puss and blood so it could also be a bladder infection or something. i have also felt the need to urinate more frequently but all in all i urinate the same amount of urine as before, only over more times. can anyone help me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Presence of blood in urine is called hematuria. Causes include lesions of the urinary tract, disease of the prostate, trauma, tumors, malaria or stones in the urinary tract. In your case as ITP are present, so this definitely need evaluation as bleeding due to any internal bleeding in the genitourinary tract can cause hematuria. My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist and hematologist at the earliest.
I hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
