blue and purple penile veins and small pustules

Hi,
I am 19 years old and about five years ago i noticed many small hard pustules appearing on the base and underneath the shaft of my penis, they pop, but they have not gone away for 5 years. They have given me a lack of self-confidence, and so have the blue and purple veins appearing all over my penis. I went to the doctor because my left testicle was much bigger than the right and he concluded that I had a vericoseal also. All he said to do was to support it. But, all of these things have been bothering my mental and social health for a long time and I am not even confident enough to even talk to girls anymore. What should I do??

Tough to say without examination. Pustules and other penile lesions can be suggestive of any type fo STD infection - swabbing them for culture, as well as obtaining urine for gonorrhea or chlamydia can be considered.
Regarding teh bulging veins - one consideration can be Mondor's disease, which is thromboplebitis of the penile veins. Normally, conservative measures such as NSAIDs are suggested, but you may want to consider an ultrasound if the symptoms don't improve. Other options can include surgery, and this can be discussed in conjunction with a urology referral.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
