blue/green lump

I check myself now and then in teh shower. but about a week ago i found a blue/green lump underneath my foreskin on the shaft. it is right between/on 2 veins on the penis, anyone know what this is as it has not always been there. i have been having sex but use condoms so dont see how it could be a STD.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,Forduce spots,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
