Thanks so much for the fast and helpful reply,
I will take up the advice, as the mild bruising feeling is not causing me any problems should I do the things you mentioned until the problem goes away? Or should I consult a Dr after a certain amount of time?. The issue began a little over a week ago.
Thanks Again

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to minor trauma to the urethra like during intercourse or masturbation or friction rub with clothes. This can also be due to some obstruction in the urethra.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a urologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.Kind regards.
