Hi,

This may be explained by congestive prostatitis. Congestion due to lack of prostatic drainage which usually takes place during ejaculation may cause the pain.

Just a few questions:

Is there any associated pain in urination?

Any changes in urinary patterns such as increased in urinary frequency, straining in urination, dribbling of urine?

Any abdominal pain?

Any redness or swelling in the scrotum?

Do keep us posted with your answers.
