chronic pelvic pain syndrome

Im labeled with that diagnosis. Tried many pain killers, muscle relaxants, antibiotics and other meds with some stretched but no help.

Everything hurts me down there. I need hot bath sitz after going to bathroom.

Anyone dealing with this?

O yea I have ED as well

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Assuming infections have been ruled out, CPPS often results from chronic low-grade inflammation or neuro-muscular causes. ED is often an association and require medical therapy. Anti-inflammatory medications and neurological pain suppressants may be helpful in pain management in the situation. I would suggest discuss the situation and the suggested management plan in detail with your treating urologist.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
