Hello im 18 and ive got circumcised 3 months ago around april. everything feels fine. but its just the look of it that kinda bothers me. theres like stretch mark scars on the by the coronal sulcus ( i think thats what you call it) is where they cut my skin, the line has scars and it has lumpy areas and also at the back its like a small bubble on the side on the frenulum and theres a small bubble on the bottom of the frenulum also. is this all fine, will it all heal, or do i need to go back to the doctor

I know that this is not a board to ask questions that do not directly deal with the problems at hand.

I'm an uncircumcised married male. I had a younger brother who got circumcised because he could not retract his foreskin. I remember seeying him after the procedure and viewed it as a butchered penis. I'm very happy that I could remained intact.

I see that both of you are older when the procedure was done. Would please share the information with me as to why you decided to become circumcised? In 2008, I had a mild  form of paraphimosis, most likely caused by paraphimosis. One of the first things suggested by the doctor was circumcision. I responded with a definite NO.
Today I remain uncircumcised as the problem cleared up in a few days after treatment with a steroid cream.
Now I ended up with another small problem that is not unknown on circumcised males as well. At 47 I have developed a problem with a milder form of Peyronies disease. Even in the flacid condition there is a bend towards the left side. During a very rare erection, It is more noticeble. I'm afraid to mention it to a urologist as surgery to correct it might also involve circumcision. I want to remain intact with my foreskin if is at all possible.
During the surgery for Peyronie's a circomference cut in the skin is made in the skin just below the glans. The skin is then freed  from the penile shaft and pushed towards the bottom of the penis. My problem is that the scar tissue is right at the left side of the penis. From what I can understand a circumcision is done to prevent swelling paraphimosis of the skin behind the glans.

I cannot immagine loosing my foreskin, it would be along the same lines of loosing my penis. I lost a testicle several years ago and it had some time to adjust to that. Loosing the foreskin would be far worse. For the last almost 47 years I have enjoyed having my foreskin.

I look forward to your reply as to why you opted for circumcision later in life. If you don't want to share that information, I do understand but am very hopefull that this is not the case.

I went to the Dr. yesterday and said that everything looks good on my circumsicion. Said that bubble on frenulum, stretch marks and the whole scar will be healing for about six months and they are gonna look much better after that time. Bumpy areas will desappear.  Be patient. I'm already 44 years old so you have better chances to heal much better cus you are young. .  Good luck. Raf.

Hello !   I also had my circumsicion done a week ago and I see the same small bubble on the bottom of the frenulum and a couple more at the at the scarline below the frenulum. I guess is normal and hopefully will get better as time passes. I read that it takes about 6 months to see the final results. Anyways I am gonna see my doctor next week and I'm goin to ask him about this.  Check information in circlys.   Thanks   Raf
