clot/knot under my penis skin...help!

Hi
I am seeing a kind of blood clot/knot under my penis shaft skin. It painful and 1-2 cm in size. It saw it first time last week and it appeared all of sudden. My best guess it it resulted from some kind of injury during sex.
Can any body know what can be the cause and how it can be treated?

Hello,
Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be infected hair follicle,cyst or due to friction rub. Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a doctor.

thanks for your response. I went to the doctor today he said it Sebaceous gland problem and used niddle to drain it. He said it might back, for now it is mostly drained but still some hardness is lefr, i hope it goes away by itself, but im planning to takse ibuprofen for few days.
