concerned: I NEED HELP

Hi,
I was in Thailand a month back. Over there I had unprotected oral sex from a massage lady. I ejaculated in her mouth (I know it was very stupid of me). As soon as i got back to my hotel I had shower and applied this genital rash cream. Next day my penis had a burning sensation. However, I went to see a doctor there and he gave me some antibiotics (cloxa 250 mg 3 tablets a day; for three days ) and some allergy tablet. While I was doing the antibiotic course I felt nausea and my appetite completely died.  I even had mild fever. As soon as I came back I went to see my family doctor.He took my test for HIV,FTA ABS and VDRL(17th day from the episode). All the test came out negative. He gave azthrmycin for three days on the third day i was passing loose stools so i stopped taking the medicine. I still had the burning sensation when I urinated and my penis hole was irrirtated.
After a weeks time i went to see a urologist. I told him what i went through in detial. He took my urine detail rport test and urine culture test.
URine DR:
Bacteria: Few
Luekocytes: Occsional
Epithilial C :04/HPF
Urine culture: NO Growth
Urologist prescribed me levofin 500 mg for 7 days and vibromycin for 10 days. It was getting better and everything was fine till the seventh day. I again passed loose stools in the morning for two days ( it only happens in the morning) and therefore i stopped taking vibromycin.Yesterday I frequent urination(15 times) and lower back hurt a bit.My testicle muscles contract really ahrd and therefore bump is formed in the groin area, but as soon as i urinate it goes away.Now i feel my penis is numb. I am realy concerned what should i do.

Hello,
Your lab results and symptoms are pointing towards a genital infection and urethritis.The diarrhea and loose stools that you have are antibiotic induced diarrhea.Take a full course of antibiotics after consulting your urologist and also get prescribed some vIt B complex along with the antibiotics.Also eat a healthy nutritious diet and get evaluated for complete STD panel test inc;luding gonorrhea,Chlamydia and HIV.You need to get retested for HIV till 6-8 months because antibodies against the virus need time to build up.

i asked so many doctors and even wrote my concern on the hiv forum and all of them said tht i was not on the risk of HIV

You're more likely to have the girl bite it off, swallow it whole, deficate it out, sew it back on and repeat- than get HIV from oral. Sounds like she didn't "rinse and repeat"





But really, sounds like a bad infection. It actually may be excascerbated by something you ate. Did you have local fish? I'm not thoroughly educated on infectious diseases, so I can't dive too deep into it.

Chances of transmission of HIV by oral sex is there if any cuts or sores are present on the penis through which the virus can be transmitted.In your case chances of genital infections are more.
