constant burning, and aching

OK guys, 6 weeks ago (nearly 7) I had a risky sexual encounter which caused me a lot of anxiety. 2-3 days after the encounter I had a leaky feeling on my penis head but no discharge. This has progressed to a burning on my penis head and the perinium. There is no burning when I pee or ejaculate. Worse when I am sat down. Leaky feeling has stopped.
Tested at 5 weeks - Neg for Chylamidia and Gon. Feeling went away for about 1 week (I was sick at the time) and now I am 100% the burning in head and perinium. Any ideas? The doctor thinks no STI (due to test) and no yeast infection or balantis on visual inspection.
Thanks in advance!

I apparently do not have access to that.

Would you recommend a 28-day batch of Cipro?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such kind of pain in penis can be due to prostatitis. It is an inflammation of the prostate gland. From your symptoms, it can be due to chronic prostatitis. It is also possible that sitting on an inadequately padded surface or for prolonged periods of time is causing transient irritation to the prostate. This could be appearing as the pain in the penis.

You will need ultrasound, X-ray, and computerized tomography (CT) along with prostatic fluid examination along with prostate specific antibodies.

I suggest you to get this possibility investigated from a urologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
