You can consider a cystoscopy, which can comprehensively evaluate the lower GU tract for anatomical abnormalities leading to your symptoms.
A CT scan can be considered to evaluate the kidneys for possible stones.
Urodynamic testing can be done to evaluate bladder function. These are a group of tests that can measure urinary evacuation and storage function.
Another opinion can be sought with a urologist at a major academic medical center.
