cracks/redness/small pimples

I have small white pimples on the edge of the shaft of my penis. I had them forever and I read they are normal. My doctor also never told me anything about it.
Though For one month the shaft of my penis is weird. Sometimes I get some really small white pimples. Like maybe not pimples but something super small.
Sometimes its red.
I had unprotected sex once in my life and also I had oral sex quite often unprotected.
Its frustrating cause it comes and goes. I went to see my doctor last week and it was totally cleared. I showed him.
It doesnt hurt. I dont have any pimple of redness anymore but now it looks like its cracking. Or like wrikles.
I dont know what to think or do. It doesnt really look bad but its differant than it used to be.
What should I do I dont really want to go see the doctor for nothing again.

Does it itch? Are you sure it is not a recurrent fungal infestation?
Do you sweat profusely? How often do you change your underwear?
Do you have a range of different textile material for your underwear, could it be a reaction to the material? A reaction to soaps? bath products? Detergent for the clothes?
If it bothers you, then it shouldn’t be considered nothing. See your doctor.
