There is a product online for scar reduction call Rejuveness. I have used it for a scar on my forehead and it works. It should also be fine for circumcision scars, but you have to make sure your penis doesn't get constricted with the tape during an erection (so maybe don't wear it at night).

Also, you can find over the counter scar reduction systems, such as Mederma, at your local pharmacy.
Hi, I cannot give you advice based on my own experienc, but I did have a brother who was circumcised at about the age of 6-7. I did however, have numerous surgeries.
Based on my brother's circumcision, He was told to use vasoline, other than that the doctors did not give him any other ways of care.
From my own experience, I have found that any antibiotic cream as well as the use of hydrogen peroxide, seems to have worked. Another thing that I was told was to use vitamin A cream. I have several scars of both arms and hands due to neuro surgery.
I also have one from a hernia repair as well as an left orhiectomy. The orchiectomy was done from the scrotum because the testicle was too badly infected to push it up to the inguinal area.
I don't think that there is a whole lot that you can do to prevent scar tissue from forming.
Freshly circumcised you will be albe to see to skin tags, as well the suture marks. Most of them will disapear as your penis heals. There might still be some skin tags after and if they bother you, you could mention that to your doctor, however they might then treat any further removal of skin as a cosmetic surgery. This means that you will have to pay the full cost of any aditional surgery.
I don't know the reason as to why you had a circumcision as there could be a genuine need. Having seen the results from my brother, I'm very happy that I didn't need to get this done. I would never recommend circumcision to any one. Having two daughters and two sons, I have ensured that they were not circumcised. I hope that when you have sons that you won't have them circumcised when they are born. If you were to suggest circumcision of the clitoris in women or young girls they call it genital mutalation. Yet iin males they don't think that there is no harm done by altering the penis. The facts are the same for both male and female. When a boy is born with normal penis, what right as parents do we have to put boys through this, it is a violation of their rights.
