crooked testicle in sack

My testicle recently has been bothering me. It does not hurt but seems to hang funny. My rightt testicle seems to have its spermiadic cord on the top. is that where it should be? is this a torsion it is the correct size and has no real pain mainly discomfort. it seems to hang almost horizantally rather than vertically please help any advice im really worried bout this.

How are you? Was there any trauma involved?  In testicular torsion the spermatic cord that provides the blood supply to a testicle is twisted, cutting off the blood supply, often causing sudden or severe pain in the testes. Prolonged testicular torsion will result in the death of the testicle and surrounding tissues. A doppler ultrasound scan of the scrotum can help in the diagnosis by showing the presence or absence of blood flow to the testicle. It would be best to see a doctor for a physical examination and proper evaluation.
