I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist for the same. Polycystic ovaries do cause the problem of ovulation and thus infertility. It’s primarily due to the altered hormone levels. You need to seek treatment which is mainly metformin, lose weight etc. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
