cyst in epidydimis of male

my husband always complains about pain in his tip of penis area and after his diagnosis cyst in his penis area is observed and also there is no sperm production also .i want to concieve but i also hav polycystic ovaries problem and my husband has zero sperm count, i want to know that whether this cyst could be the reason of my husband sperm production and how this problem can be cured and also this polycystic ovaries can cause problem for getting pregnant

There’s an association between the epididymal cyst and low sperm count and in fact the sperms may be normal in shape and may lose their motility or have altered motility causing the problems of infertility. I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist for the same. Polycystic ovaries do cause the problem of ovulation and thus infertility. It’s primarily due to the altered hormone levels. You need to seek treatment which is mainly metformin, lose weight etc. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
