dead tiny blood vessels in the glans(glands)

dead tiny blood vessels in the glans(glands)

Three years ago I was taking Longitude enhancement pills and doing exercises to increase my length and width of my penis. It worked fine, everything was great. I was having sex with my girlfriend and she was satified. One night I knew we were going to break up because I suspected her cheating on me. I decided to take 4 capsules instead of recommended dosage of 2. I took 4 pills for 3 days prior to having sex with her. So I took her to a hotel and we went at it. I felt dizzy and light head while I was on top of her. I felt the temperture of my penis rise and my body too, but my penis was hotter. The sensitivity on the glans (glands) of my penis was ultra sensitive. But I ignored all that and just kept on doing what I was doing. It felt so good and my penis was getting hotter. She pushed me off of her. I swear that me and her saw a small mist of smoke between her groin when I pulled out my penis. I looked down and saw that my penis was bright red and the glans (glands) or the head was becoming numb. The temperture was so hot I couldn't keep my hand on it more than 5 secs. I sat myself on the edge of the bed and tried to make the erection go down, but my penis just kept on pumping more blood into the tiny blood vessels. It felt like the skin on my penis was going to tear up. The glans (glands) was incredibly huge and began to form red dotted bumps. I got scared and tried to squeeze the blood back down from the glans (glands), but I couldn't hold my hand on it more than 5 secs because of the high temperture. So I just decided to breathe in and out, calming myself. All a sudden, I couldn't feel my penis anymore. The head of my penis was numb and had no feeling except for a tiny spec portion on the left side. Then not even 3 seconds later, the glans (glands) of my penis deflated. Just then I felt like I lost the majority of my energy. I was still erected but only with the 2 parallel cylinders. I have had the same erection for 3 years now. I have taken herbal medicine to fix my blood flow and I exercise. But not matter what I do the tiny blood vessels in the glans (glands) of the penis is dead. I know surgery is the only way, but how can surgeons transplant new tiny blood vessels. I will be difficult. How will they get them? Will they grow them? I know for a fact that I had an overdose of Yohimbe, which cause my rise in body temperture, increased heart rate, dizziness, hallucinations, sympathetic nerve stimulation, and other side effects. I have gone to several urologist and they are no help. They think maybe I might have a mental problem and have never heard of such a thing. The uroligist I am seeing now is a professor in UCLA and he just gave me a injection of prostangladin e-1 and said my erection is fine. I told him it's not because there is no blood flow going to the vessels in the head of my penis and I am not the same size as I was before. So he scheduled me for a ultra sound test to check my blood flow 2 months from now. Can tiny blood vessels be repaired, regrown,or transplanted back into me.

Difficult to evaluate without examination.  If you have been to several urologists, it would be unlikely that I can come up with something new over the internet.

If the erection cannot be released, there are several techniques to bring it down - such as surgical ligation, aspiration, implating a surgical shunt, or injection of medication.  I am sure that your urologists have discussed these various options.

I agree with the step of checking the penile blood flow.  The ultrasound is a reasonable initial test for this.

Regarding the "dead" blood vessels - they should be repaired on its own, unless there is a problem with circulation.  The ultrasound can help with the evaluation.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
