desperate for help

I have this red spot on the head of my penis and i have no idea what it is, i've gone to the doctors was told that it was not a STD, my doctor also gave me a cream Loprox and clotrimazole to see if it would go away, which it did slighly it just made it less red but it was still slightly raised and shiney but still hasn't completly gone away and will some times get red again. Can someone please tell me what i should do to finaly get rid of this damn thing. I have added a picture of the red spot as well.
