diagnosis not given at surgery time

1 year ago had surgery on bladder tumour and biopsy.Dr stated it was ok,after surgery.Never mentioned bladder cancer. Had another cysto and biopsy 1 week ago and I saw computer screen said bladder cancer. I questioned him and he said I had it the 1st time as well. Now my question ie where do I go from here.He gave me a script for vitamins and an appt. for 2 mo. for urine specimens and then cysto. I will go for another opinion but wondering how soon.Help me with an answer please.Dr suggested bcg treatment if there is a 3rd tumor in 2 months..Any advise appreciated
