did my hydrocele surgery went right or not?

Hi everyone first english is not my native language but i'm trying to explain it properly. i am 23y old male 2 years ago i had a hydrocele problem my left testicle was swelled and enlarged without any pain then first i went to the urologist, he prescribed me some medicines/drugs to treat that condition so it didn't worked at all then he suggested me for the hydrocele surgery then i had a surgery for that so before the surgery they gave me "Analgesia" (A medicine which with a person becomes unable to feel any pain during surgery) so i was able to see anything but without pain. During the surgery process the surgeon drained all the fluid of hydrocele and removed off the piece or skin layer from my left testicle then he held it with scissor and showed me during surgery it was a thin like a paper size of about an inch then after surgery i asked him about it he told me that it was just a fat which he removed and it doesn't need any biopsy to do so then after a day he discharged me from the hospital along with medicines for pain and to heal the surgery wound and now since i have the surgery i have a constant pain like burning and irritation then i told that thing to the surgeon but he keep saying that it will be fine but it doesn't. Medicines work for sometime for relief from the pain but since i had that surgery i often feel stabbing like pain and discomfort,i'm not sure whether is a nerve pain or something. i can't maintain the balance of my legs properly while walking. i'm not sure whether the surgery had went right or wrong and should he be removed the skin like thing from my testicle of which he had said that it was a fat which he removed? and now the nerves of my left testicle became very firmer then before i can feel them by touching it with hand through the scrotum, Have the surgery went right or not? Needs expert advice,Thanks.

I think you may have scar tissue that is too tight.  To reduce the pain and inflammation, I would suggest taking golden paste, which is a recipe you can find on line for turmeric, coconut oil and fresh ground pepper.  Try taking this every day for two weeks and see if your pain is controlled.  You can take it for the rest of your life an it will improve your health and pain conditions.

Thanks Caryopteris, but I didn't understand how it would be a scar tissue, usually scar tissue form after healing of the wound like mark of the wound but before the hydrocele surgery i had no wound or something rather than swelling of the testicle so how it would be scar tissue? Scar tissue can be formed after the surgery when wound healed completely.and i assume that surgeon had not done surgery correct maybe?
