dull ache during ejaculation below belly button

Dr., I'm a relatively healthy 32 year old male. Over the past few months, I experience a dull ache pain below my belly button during ejaculation, after ejaculation the pain stops and I feel nothing. Over the past 5 years, I've suffered from low back pain, according to my doctor, in the sacroiliac region..I suffered this injury weight lifting years ago and its turned into a chronic condition. I was prescribed physical therapy but I never went and now the condition is worse. Anyway, my main concern is the pain during ejacualtion, this developed just recently, i feel like I might have a prostate problem or cancer because the symptoms suggest pain during ejaculation and back pain. I don't have any pain during urination, everything is normal, however I do sometimes have a stong urge to urinate but I do drink alot of fluids during the day, alot of diet soda. Anyway, my doctor said that I most likely don't have prostate cancer and its probably from back, my muscles in that region are always spasaming and cause me pain...he told me not to worry but I am, I don't know..should I see a urologist? Thanks for your help.

I had a PSA test done with my Primary. The test was normal. I still have a weird ache when i ejaculate below the belly button but the pain has subsided a little. Do you think I still need to see a Urologist?

Thanks

Doctor, I am suffering from a vast array of symptoms (see my post, please!) and this post caught my attention due to the notes of epididymitis, prostatitis and then your mention of spinal problems being a possible cause.  I have had an ongoing pain in the center of my spine... When I lay down, a lump forms on the spine where I feel the pain.  When I stand up straight, the lump goes away.  Most of the time it is a dull pain, just enough to remind me that it's there.  Could THIS be the cause of all my symptoms???

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The most common cause of these complaints is an inflammation of the prostate gland or prostatitis. Too frequent or too infrequent ejaculation, sexual arousal without ejaculation, withdraw at the time of ejaculation, aggressive bike or horse back riding, and excessive spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine in the diet can predispose you to this.

The other causes can be urethritis, epididymitis, urethral stricture, spinal problems and hernia. I suggest you a urologist’s evaluation. I suggest you to get a prostate examination and PSA levels checked by a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
