i'm currently 18, but since the 7th grade i've had an ongoing pain in my left
testicleTesticle lump
Testicle pain
Testicle ultrasound.
i was checked out by both
familyBirth control and family planning
Choosing a primary care provider
Ewing’s sarcoma
Family troubles - resources then specialist doctors and both said that nothing
was wrong. i fail to believe this since i still hurt on and off and i'm worried that they
might have missed something or that i have something wrong with me and that they just dont
know about. i really need some help on this one since my parents think i'm nuts because the
doctors said i was ok, but i dont feel ok. thank you

Dear Nino, Pain in the testis could be due to a
varicocele (
dilatationD and c of veins), inflammation, growth or injury. However most causes can easily be diagnosed by physical examination. If two doctors have already examined you and have not found any abnormality, probability of any significant disease is quite unlikely. However, if you are still concerned or if the pain increases, you can arrange to see an urologist who may examine you and may arrange for few tests such as
urineCalcium - urine
Calcium urine test
Chloride - urine
Cortisol - urine
Electrolytes - urine
Glucose test - urine
Hcg in urine
Ketones - urine
Kidney - blood and urine flow
Lh urine test (home test)
Ph urine test examination, ultrasound and or
dopplerDoppler ultrasonography of an extremity
Doppler ultrasound exam of an arm or leg
Duplex/doppler ultrasound test
Echocardiogram. Decision about need for these tests can only be made after the examination.
