ejaculate is really dark almost reddish brown

About 4 weeks ago I had a needle biopsy of my prostate because my psa was a little high. A couple of weeks later I had a colonoscopy. The biopsy was negative for cancer and the colonoscopy turned well also. Two days ago I noticed by ejaculate was brownish red. No semen that i could detect. Today, I noticed the same thing the ejaculate was brownish red. No semen detected.
What is going on?
