empty sperm ?

Hi,I'm 58 and have been single for 15 years.I have not had sex for over 9 years.I have I believe a spermecele ? on my nuts.both nuts have quite a large growth on them. I went in 9 years ago and had a surgery to take one of the lumps off.Since then the problem is just returning on both sides and one of the lumps is almost the size of the nut.A little pain once in a while,but not a real concern. my question is ,I never masturbate and let out the sperm,so I thought maybe that is why the buildup.Should I be doing this often as maintainance ? I wake up hard every morning,and I' have a fairly large penis.Thank you. George
