epididymitis

I;m having a real hard time finding out whats wrong with me. one doctor told me I had epididymitis and the other told me I had varicocele and I am so upset. I have had epididymitis before and it seems like thats what it is because when I get up in the morning it seems fine then after I walk around during the day I can feel the pain getting more and more. by 6 pm my right nut is swelled up and hurting so bad .going buy these post it seems what thier saying is varicocele does'nt make you nut swell up and hurt that much , am I rigth? could some one please help me .If i don't get back to work I 'm going to lose my house and all I've worked so hard for.My wife is getting worryed. Dr Singh are you there? please help me as soon as you can. please, thank you ,Paul.
