erectile discomfort

hi! 52 y.o. white male, married, hetero, diagnosed with MS two years ago. Interferon injection once weekly. micardis and lotrel daily for high B. P. ERECTION NO PROBLEM. However, extremely painful. Urethra/urination/ejaculation not painful. Along the top (ventral?) third leading to the glans, feels like a hard wire inside. No loss of sensation, but quite painful; oral sex excruciating.
