erectile dysfunction venous leak

hi i am a 40 year old man with klippel trenaunay syndrome and i also suffer from erectile dysfunction because of a venous leak .
i had surgery for venous ligation fifteen years ago but it did not have any effect on the erectile dysfunction.
should i have another venous ligation surgery to correct erectile dysfunction.
what is the success rate of this procedure in my condition

The success rate varies widely and I am not sure if a repeat venous ligation would be helpful or if the case. I would suggest consulting a urologist for an evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
