extrarenal pelvis dilated

by robkfromphilly, Jul 23, 2007 10:33PM
Recently I've had an ultrasound, where the size and appearance of the kidneys were diagnosed as normal but some "fullness" in the left kidney. I had a BMP, and my creatinine was found to be 0.9 which is normal for my age, of 23. I then had a Renal Scan, MAG-3 with Lasix Flush, where I was told my extrarenal pelvis was dilated. So I'm going for a CT Scan of the Pelvis/Abdomen, with creatnine being normal, can I rule out kidney damage? And if there's slight hydronephrosis, what are the treatment options? Any other feedback be greatly appreciated, thank you.
