fetal kidney cyst

32 weeks and doctor found 1 cyst in each kidney during routine ultrsound. Doc said kidney cyst are common and may go away before delivery. Is this true? I am a nervous wreck please give me any info you have. I was preferred to a specialist for another ultrasound. Thanks
