foreskin pain and urinary seepage after cystoscopy

I had a cystocopy late last year. Some minor pain where foreskin joins glans penis for two weeks post. Then in third week intense pain (burnng and stinging),very localised, on the underside of the penile shaft near the glans penis. There was no inflamation (inflammation). It just stung and burned , particularly after urination. After appliccation of Kenacomb cream the skin broke open. It was at this time I noticed seepage of urine after each urination. Now I 'milk' the uretha after urinating. So far I've seen two urologists, a neurologist and several general practitioners.They have come up with varying diagnoses but seem pretty baffled (by admission). Ultrasound tests of the pelvic floor muscles show that they are working just fine and hence it was then said that urinary seepage was a urinary tract issue. This pain almost drove me to suicide; it was so bad. I'm taking increasing amounts of opiates to quell the pain although they are not that effective but do help. I've had Ural to take acid out of the urine. What is causing the problem. Trauma to urinary tract? prostate? penile nerves? Sexual activity cuases a slightly deeper skin  pain which radiates down the penile shaft  starting about 24 hours after 'sex'. No sex between February and August this year then right underside pain came back. What's causing this? Surely there's some tests available other than ultrasound? It's life altering!!!!!!!
