Welcome to the forum!
White discharge with foul smell in urine is usually due to thrush or candida albicans infection. This can be treated by many OTC vaginal creams, vaginal tablets, oral medications. However since you are in medical school, consult a gynecologist there and then only start treatment. A confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net. Please do not attempt to self medicate.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
