Cap  Trofame   X R 60mg
Tab   Danlong 7.5 mg
Tab   Zyloric    300 mg          All once a day after meals

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like incontinence and maybe due to urge incontinence or overflow incontinence. Symptoms can range from mild leaking to uncontrollable wetting. It can happen to anyone, but it becomes more common with age. Most bladder control problems happen when muscles are too weak or too active.

Treatment depends on the type of problem you have and what best fits your lifestyle. It may include simple exercises, medicines, special devices or procedures prescribed by your doctor, or surgery.
I suggest you to consult a urologist and get it evaluated. Urodynamic evaluation which involves filling your bladder with water and measuring your capacity and the flow of urine may be required.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
