Hello.i am a 13 year old male and for the past 4 days, i have been noticing frequent or urgent urination, dribbling after urination, not feeling like i have emptied the bladder, and stop and go urination, like, for example, peeing, then stop, then a little bit more comes out.could this be obstruction to urine flow?
From the symptoms it can be UTI( urinary tract infection). To diagnose a UTI please get a complete urine examination and urine culture done. You may also need a complete physical examination and investigations like complete urine examination, urine culture, swab specimen from the genitalia and ultrasound lower abdomen to find out the cause. Please consult a urologist for that. Then any obstruction in the flow of urine also needs to be ruled out.
To tackle with this burning sensation, take abundant fluids throughout the day and some anti-inflammatory pain killers. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
