frequesnt urination

Hi,

I have to urinate again and again sometimes in 10 minutes little pain at the way of urine and this is happening from 2 days i had urine routine test yesterday which deided to take becoz urologist in our area was on vacation....so please see the results.

What this all means iam okey or not?

Dear Sir,

i still have problem did u see anythinh bad in my reports above regarding KUP test

i have to go to toilet 20 times in a day...currently doctor giving me alfoo since 6 days iam using it but no releax at all :( iam just 27 year old :(

Hi Dr.,

i had urine cultre and KUB test doctor says they are ok but still i have same problem doctor suggested to continue Rulizo 600 mg tablets which iam taking since five days i think the r antibiotics

Hello,
You should get a urine culture sensitivity test done. It points out the specific infection and its sensitivity or resistance to various drugs. Then specific antibiotics can be started.

hello,
im in need of some help!!
i just keep getting UTI well thats what my Dr keeps telling me i go from one antibiotic to another i had a opp last year (may) for complex cyst's and since then ive had over 10 UTI's i had a scan on my kidneys and i was told that they was all ok but it just cant be right that i just keep getting them!!!!
once again im back in pain, in my lower back also on my left side and the pain just get worst when i do any kind of  excise its waking me up in the night now i have no pain when im going for a wee which is one big thing thats ment to come with UTI's.
could i have another cyst????
please help me i feel like im going mad!!!!!!!!!!

Should i take urine culture test or urinalysis i dont think second one is availble here at new delhi rohini...would an culture test would be enough?

Hello,
This can be due to urinary tract infection. Symptoms of UTI are frequent urination, burning sensation during urination, passing of blood in urine and even fever. The most common causes of repeated UTIs are kidney stones and diabetes mellitus.

Making a diagnosis of a urinary tract infection includes performing a urinalysis test, which checks for the presence of pus, white blood cells, and bacteria in the urine, which point to a urinary tract infection. A urine culture and sensitivity is usually performed to find the exact microorganism that is causing the infection and to determine the most effective antibiotic to treat it. Your doctor needs to repeat a culture sensitivity test of the urine to prescribe the best possible antibiotic so that the infection does not come back.

Till that time drink plenty of water and fluids to flush out the toxins.
