My Husband has experienced pain in his glans after ejaculation for several years. He finally went to a Urologist who told him he doesn' t know why he would be experiencing pain, but maybe he has a fungus or infection. He was given zoloft for premature ejaculation and doxycycline for any possible infections and was told to put diaper cream on his glans. I'm not sure this is the right course of action, wouldn't I have an infection if he did? I've had no abnormal paps since this has occured.
The only difference between now and before his pain is that he led a much more physically active lifestyle. Is it possible that his lack of excercise/stretching could have led to an increase of tension in his pelvic area, possible putting pressure on his pudenal nerve?
