having foleys catheter decrease ejeculation

I am 36 years old married man.I am a Quardiplegic C6 level complete spinal cord injured.
I had road accident 10 years ago.after having disability I did IUI and it was successful.my son is now 7 years old .
Now I want my 2nd baby.
My ejaculation was ok before by using viberator. I was using condom catheters before but my swinter become
tight thats why now I have foleys catheter from 6 months. After having foleys catheter my ejeculation decrease.
now it stops completely. my wife is very upset,because in canada we could not find electroejaculation procedure.
I was thinking that reason for this is the foleys catheter.please guide me what can be possibility for stopping my ejeculation.
