thank you jemma, i gota go see a doctor today so i will mention all this. iv been like this for two months now an its really getting me so down. i cant go out or work at the moment because of all the troubles im haveing. i just wish i was normal again, i want my life back :(
no yellow or white discharge ?
A couple of glasses of water a day is not enough.
You should be drinking 2-3 litres of water throughout the day and more if you are sweating and working out or if the weather is hot.
I suggest you back to the doctor and ask him to refer you to the urologist.
In the meantime the doctor can take a blood test to check your kidney and liver function and a blood test to check the PSA levels (this is to do with the prostate). He could also do an internal examination (through the rectum) to make sure that your prostate is not enlarged. The reason the doctor should do these tests before you see the urologist is because it takes a while to get an appointment to come through with the urologist and getting these tests done with the doctor will save a lot of time.
Another problem that can make you want to urinate frequently is diabetes. So it may be worth checking you for that if your doctor has not done that yet.
If you are feeling suicidal, you need to tell the doctor how this urinary problem is affecting you emotionally. He may be able to prescribe an some medications for the urinary problem that can control the amount of urine (they didn't work for my husband) and also an antidepressant.
Best wishes.
Are you having any white/yellow discharge?

Hi and welcome. What did they test for? What is your age as your prostate might be acting up.
