Serious. You know the hair follicles that cover your scrotum and lower base of your penis, they look like little bumps or chicken skin. I know there normal and suppose to be there. My question is what if I popped them or squeezed them--what would be the worst thing that could happen? Could it cause testicler cancer? Thank you for your help.

It would be unlikely that popping or squeezing a surface lesion would lead to testicular cancer. If cancer is a concern, a scrotal ultrasound can be obtained.
Cysts, a blocked hair follicle, or abscess can all be considered. This should be looked at by your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
