help!!!

Hi. I am a 16 year old male. A few days ago I started to have a dull pain on the top of my right testicle. The testicle was able to rotate freely (and still can). I read online that it could mean possible testicular torsion. Today the pain has radiated onto the top of my left testicle. Both testicles can rotate freely. There seems to be a soft lump on top of both testicles. There also seems to be various lumps on my lest testicle. My testicles hurt!! Please help!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
How are you? It's been  5 days since you experienced the testicle pain. Were you able to seek immediate medical help? In testicular torsion the spermatic cord that provides the blood supply to a testicle is twisted, cutting off the blood supply, often causing sudden or severe pain in the testes. Prolonged testicular torsion will result in the death of the testicle and surrounding tissues.

Take care and keep us posted.
