yes dr. i have had blood in sperm come and go this time all of my sperm was blood then it goes to being a little bit then it goes away then comes back my ? is why so much blood there is no blood in urine at all no pain at all everything is normal just the blood it has been 2 weeks still there i went to my urolgist a while back he stuck camera down penis to check prostate nothin wrong hurt like hell i have looked everywere to find out if i should have more sex to clear it up or stop for a certian period of time to maybe help somthin clear up before it was regular semin at first then changed to all mixed blood this time all blood no semen just blood once again no blood in urine and no pain at all please advise what i should do thank you???

I have the exact same thing. Blood in the semen, no pain, sometimes it looks like it's only blood but actually there is semen there it's just a lot more blood than usual. I also had the scope and my kidneys checked and all the blood work done and everything was normal.

My doctor finally told me that what my prostate was enlarging with age and tat I have very small deleicate veins on the surface of it which are prone to breaking. he has given me an enzyme to try and naturally shrink them but so far nothing. It has been almost 2 years and there has only been a few weeks in total when this did not occur.
