hiv/std/possibilty

about a month ago i engaged in protected vaginal intercourse, but un protected oral sex. Since then i have been a little paranoid about havin been infected with HIV, what is th eposibilty of having been infected? About a week after i engaged in this act i began to feel a kind of burning/tingling sensation at the head of my penis? That two weeks later i had a urine test and a culture swab for both gonorrhea and chlamydia and they returned negative. I have also been having stiffness and a burning sensation in the neck.I was wondering if this could be related to HIV, how can i tell if my lymph gland are swollen, in if they are swollen, are they painful?Does hiv cause swollen gland to be painful? Now, two weeks after the culture swabs I am experiencing burning and tingling sensation from the base of my penis to the very head of the penis and there is a burning sensation when i pee. What could this be?I also have a weird discharge but only in the morning time? Please help me, when should i go get checked for HIV? Do think there is a posibiity of me being infected? please reply? One more thing during that same time abot month ago i got this weird white stuff on my tonsil that was not painful and it went away abotu a week later is this std or hiv related? Thank you i really do aprreciate this. I am very worried, i would not like to infect anyone else in case i did have any kind of infection...one more thing my doctor told me to wait three months for me to get hiv tested? is this accurate? Thank you.

Oral sex by self has a minimal risk of HIV transmission.  There are more common diseases that are transmitted that way, including gonorrhea and chlamydia.  Any infection can cause enlarged lymph noes, including HIV.

With these symptoms, I would certainly consider thorough STD testing - including gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV.  That being said, HIV not impossible, but unlikely.

About the 3 months - you may want to be tested for acute HIV, and again in 3 months for confirmation (your body has to produce antibodies to the virus).

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
