hot groin left and right side then the heat goes to testicles and penis

hello doctor,

i had a protected (condom used) sexual encounter last nov 5 but i felt i removed it wrong when we finished the deed, after the encounter i felt there's some small need pains in my groin, a week after i had fever and diarrhea for about 2 weeks, after that my groin felt more and more of the needle pains, and in my groin area its always hot. so the heat transfers to my scrotum and penis. im not wearing underwear anymore cause its packing so much heat down there.

so far i dont have any discharges and sores until now. i've consulted to two urologist and all they were saying that it might be guilt feeling that's causing it the one urologist never recommended to drink any medicine the other one prescribe me to drink neurontin ( a medicine for nerves ) i didn't drink it yet.

anyway went to a family doctor showed him my lab test as well, urinalysis, urine culture and semenanalysis

all of my lab test so far are normal. except that are family doctor was a bit concerned of my feverish groin and my pus cel from my semen analysis is ranging 1-5

so he prescribed me cipro 500mg 2x a day for 5 days. so far i felt a bit better but the groin needle pains is slightly still there and my feverish groin never healed.

anyway i just want to ask for your opinion about this? after last encounter i didn't do any sexual activities and abstain from it because im afraid that i might infect others.

im scared and a bit worried that i might contracted HIV. and im gonna take a blood test 3months and 6months after.

hoping for your advice and opinion on my current symptoms

Sorry for your situation there, im currently facing the same symptoms,hot groin and a bit of pains in the neck,i also had a protected encouner but i was worried after that,my signs started two months after the encounter,it had been a month now and ill be going to a doc next week,have you had yours sorted?

i want to add i have scrotal ultrasound all was so far normal. nothing enlarged as of the moment. im also feeling some stinging pain in my penis tip. so far no ulcers or any the stinging pain is bearable. 1-10, 10 being the highest the pain is about 3 still bearable. the groin pain is usually on the upper left side. slightly below on the left side of the abdomen if you are facing me. what could be my condition? thank you
