hypospadius

After many years, I ask, can something be done to correct the
surgery that corrected my hypospadius as a child? It is scared,
with a "dogsear" (their expression) of flesh left over. (underside)
The stream is a spray like a flame (wide at opening to point
at end of stream), and I aim right (far right) to hit straight
  in front of me.
It cost me one marrige (2 times) and I am probably one of the
  most miserable people I know.

Dear Dogear,
Hypospadias is a birth defect of the penis that occurs in 3 of 1000 male births.  Most of the time the cause is not known, although the problem can run in families.  It is easily recognized because the urethra is on the underside of the penis rather than at the tip.
Hypospadias is corrected by surgery.  These procedures are complicated and have inherent complications even in the best hands.  Any reoperation on a hypospadias, should not be undertaken without much planning.  You stated that you had surgery as a child, and evidently you are unsatisfied at the present moment.  The unusual appearance of the penis after such an operation may lead to embarrassment or even psychological or sexual problems which it sounds like you are having.
I think you should see a urologist and provide he or she with the records of your previous surgery.  There are many types of corrective hypospadias procedures, and the urologist that reviewed your case, would examine your penis and the records and discuss possible further treatment.  Hypospadias is a very complex operation and if surgery was an option, it may require a referral to a reconstructive urologic surgeon who has experience with your situation.
I sympathize with your situation and have seen hypospadias repairs that are unsightly.  A consultation with a urologist may give you insight into a possible correction of your problem or at least an explanation.  Good luck!
