i feel like i need to urinate but dont have to

Recently with in the last hour i felt the normal need to urinate, i went and as soon as i was done i felt the pressure like if i was holding it for a long time and i needed to go, but it seemed there was no urine left. After that i keep feeling the urge and pressure to urinate and when i try to either nothing happens ore a very very small amount comes out.  I feel no pain. Should i go to my doctor? I don't have insurance and would like to avoid a medical check up if there is nothing wrong

how do i contact you? ive had many uti's and antiobiotics but even though the infections have cleared ( not showing in cultures) im left with all the symptoms. Needing to wee all the time or feeling like i need to, however i do urinate normally, it does finish in slow dribs and drabs but overall it is like passing urine normally, However the feeling of needing to go never goes away and it feels like a pressure in my vagina. I went on holiday for a week and had no sexual intercourse and my symptoms massively calmed down? shall i see a urologist? I cant hold urine in my bladder for more than 20 mins to half an hour

I just went through a kidney stone issue and my stent was removed 10 days ago.  Yesterday I felt like many that I could not empty my bladder.  I went to emergency last night and my urine showed no infection.  They inserted a cathator expecting alot of urine to flow but that is not the case.  They removed the cathator and I took some meds from my stone issue and this morning I feel pretty good.  The main med is phenazopridine.
Feeling like you have to pee all of he time is very uncomfortable.

Ladies if you've been checked and treated for a UTI, and if ur results came back negative, then u need to have a papsmear done by your GYN...as having the urge to urinenate right after u go can also be a symptom of cervical cancer.
