increase level of wbc in urine

my friend has 60-85 wbc in her urine. is this something to be worried about? what does this indicate and what can we do about this?

Hello,
Normall 5-20 WBC /hpf are present in urine.If there is any elevation of the WBC count,then it means that some place in the urinary tract or kidneys is inflamed.The most common cause for WBCs (leukocyturia) is a bacterial infection, for example, a bladder infection.

I would suggest your friend to have a urine culture after consulting a urologist.
