injury to the penis

My question is: during intercourse recently, mu husband got in a hurry and inserted his penis before he was totally erect. In the process the penis got hard, came out of the vagina and was bent while trying to reentry the vagina.
He is now in  pain and he says it hurts from the inside.
What can we do to relieve his pain and how long does it take to heal?

Hi,
The duration depends on the extent of damage to the penile structures. If there’s no damage to the urethra, the healing occurs faster. Overall, the prognosis of the penile fractures is good post-operatively and most of the patients fare well. For the initial weeks, erection is discouraged by giving sedatives at night. Actually, the erection does not occur itself due to the pain associated with it. The recovery occurs in 4-6 weeks.I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like trauma to the penis and the possibility of fracture penis has to be explored immediately. Apply warm compresses and ask your husband to consult his doctor immediately and get examination and if need arises an ultrasound penis done to rule out any fracture.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
