Hi,

How old are you?

Would you be able to elaborate more on what you mean by a dead testicle?

If you are experiencing any numbness, coldness, tingling or burning sensation in the area of the scrotum, you may need to have a scrotal ultrasound done .This will help rule out involvement of underlying structures. A dead organ would be due to a decrease or absence of blood supply in the area.

Was there any history of trauma or mechanical injury in the area?

Any prior onset of severe pain in the area?
