is it urinary problems ?

recently i had discharge from the penis and pain when urinating,  after being cleared of all sti's i am unsure of what is the problem, from google and looking at sites, i found out it may be a urinary problem, i have lost the ability to alter the power of urinating and it feels like there maybe a blockage , any help would be appreciated
