What could it mean if there is a small amount of clumpy semen when I have an orgasm?

It looks like apple jelly.

There is no other symtoms (symptoms)
There is no pain

The appearance of semen can vary depending on the person as well as the presence of other diseases (i.e. infection).

To further evaluate the semen sample, an analysis can be considered.  I would also consider a urinalysis to evaluate for any genitourinary infection.

The standard semen analysis consists of the following:
* Measurement of semen volume and pH
* Microscopy for debris and agglutination
* Assessment of sperm concentration, motility, and morphology
* Sperm leukocyte count
* Search for immature germ cells.

This can be arranged with your urologist.
