I have been deployed to Iraq and have a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys over a month before returning home. I had some discomfort in my genital area and thought that ejaculating would relieve it since I have not been sexually active. My semen is brown. I have had a touch of browness in the past but did not think anything of it. I think I need to wait to get back to the states to persue this. Am I correctCorrect (new formula)?
Discoloration of the semen may suggest an underlying prostate infection. It may also be due to involvement of the seminal vesiclesVesicles and epididymis.
Is there any associated pain in urination? Any change in urinary patterns?
In the absence of any of these, this does not sound like an urgent case. However,I still suggest an initial assessment of your prostate.A urinalysisUrinalysis and evaluation of your prostate secretions may be able to help. You still have a month left.It is best to have an initial assessment early on.
Take plenty of water and practice testicular self examination.Note for any lumps or suspicious bumps within the testicles.
