kidney refluxing

My name is Nicole and am 22 years old and have suffered with kidney infections my whole life. i was diagnosed with this kidney refluxing in 2006 by going into kidney failure. now i am at the point to where my right kidney has to be removed right away. i have a specialist doing that for me...but the problem i have now..is needing this valve surgery because having the non functioning kidney in there for so long, it has damaged my left one as well; leaving the functioning to be only at 76 %. where as the right one has none at all. i am a single mother to a 2 year old and cant find a doctor that takes medicaid to this for me. every other insurance company that I have applied for, of course has denied me because of this condition. there is a doctor here in atlanta that knows how to do it but doesnt accept medicaid patients and won't even give me any advice. if i dont have this done as soon as possible i will end up on dialysis or even having to have a kidney transplant. If you have any answers or any suggestions please email me back. i'm looking for answers and no one seems to have any. please help!!!! thank you.
